ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The University of Tokyo’s DLX Design Lab, Kashiwa team focuses on imagining the applications and impacts in mobility. Our current research envisions mobility experiences in the domain of 6G technology and telecommunication in Japan. Our method is based on creating physical and digital artefacts that promote and inspire conversation about the societal implications of technology.

The outcomes of our research will help shape the development of technology in a way which prioritises societal values. 
The project is funded by the National Institute Of Information And Communications Techn
ology, Govt. of Japan.
